  Kayla Sheridan, Tom Ford cosmetic specialist always provide excellent customer service and give me advice what to get for my girlfriend. Her professional not only limit to Tom Ford. She certified in Dior and other major cosmetic brand as well. I highly recommend her as your cosmetic consultant.

  Nice selection of youthful clothes but easily the worst customer service of any of the Nordstrom's that I've been in: after searching for a couple of dress shirts and slacks my size.... young lady in men's department "sorry I can't give you a fitting room because this isn't my department.... let me get someone"....5 minutes later, a different young lady emerges opens a room and offers no help with sizing or finding additional product. Finally, after 2 trips back onto the floor, success, I found a $165 pair of slacks that I like. Me - can I get these hemmed while I wait..... Girl " Yes, but that's an extra $35.....". Another first for me!!!!! Go elsewhere and enjoy better prices and service.
